is actually how a song starting with the words “Hey pig!” ends, my friends. From here, all the way to eternity.
This will supposedly be my (and hopefully a girl I knew‘s) side project. It had been on my mind for some time but especially, after seeing that Slow Adventures in Slothville being on hiatus for some time made me want to do something for her before her birthday came (December 19th?) it adds even more by the fact that I don’t know her and don’t even have the slightest ambition to.
The title of the blog pretentiously takes after my favourite J.D. Salinger story (and hence my nickname). I’m usually a loving person but I don’t think I will be any of that whilst writing to this blog and yep, English is not my native language.
I had also intended to use this space as I recall and cherish and condemn (it sounds like a Cohen song when put this way, it has a famous blue raincoatish touch, isn’t it, my friend, my lover, my enemy, blah blah blah… Cohen is so oldddd) my ex-relationships or whatever they are (must be) called.
And also had in mind to talk about some movies, books, music, the cultural stuff but now that I have this kind of an intro, I’m not so sure about that, anymore.
So, as the saying goes: See you (if I don’t see you first)! You the reader, the guilty listener, —Hypocrite lecteur,—mon semblable,—mon frère! (While I was coming here, I’ve met Baudelaire on the way and he sends his regards, btw!)
Ah – I was just about to forget this thing about the blog: It will mostly be bustling with all kinds of references, even the ones I’ll -hopefully- won’t be able to identify later.
